    The Leaders Collaboration Forum will take place on 23 and 24 October 2025.

  • What happens after I sign up?
    After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you will hear from us in the next weeks with updates on the Forum, and you will receive the livestream link on the day before the event.
  • Where will the livestream be shown?
    The Livestream will be shown on the event page.
  • Is the livestream showing the whole Forum?
    No, but we will stream al the main stage sessions
  • Where will I receive the stream link?
    You will receive the link to the stream on your email, the day before the Forum.
  • Will you share a recording of the live stream after the event?
    Yes, we will share the recording of the Forum after the event on YouTube.

    Program

    • Is there more information about the program and sessions?
      A more detailed program and more information about the Forum will be available soon. Visit our event page to stay up to date on program sessions and speakers.
    • Can I contribute, be a panelist or host a session?
      No, the program of the Forum is created by the BMW Foundation. All panels and sessions are curated by our team based on our strategic goals of the Forum. However, we look forward to your engagement and valuable input as a participant. 
    • Do I have to attend all the sessions?
      Attending all sessions is not mandatory, but we highly recommend you make time to immerse yourself in as many sessions as possible. We have created an exciting and insightful program, and we would be delighted if you left the event recharged and ready to take action. 
    • Do I need to prepare something upfront?
      No, it is not necessary to prepare for anything in advance. To stay informed about the Forum and prepare for your participation on site, you can visit this website and our social media channels regularly.
